Neil Schoenblum is a Senior Trust Officer for Provident Trust Group. At Provident, he is primarily responsible for overseeing fiduciary administration, with a focus on personal trust relationships and client service. Before joining Provident, Neil was an attorney with the international law firm of King & Spalding.
Neil has authored or co-authored articles featured in publications including Probate & Property, Estate Planning, Trusts & Trustees, CCH Estate Planning Review, Los Angeles Lawyer, Practical Tax Strategies, and CCH Financial and Estate Planning. He has written on diverse topics, including domestic asset protection structures, dynasty trusts, NING trusts and various tax minimization vehicles.
Neil is currently serving as the Vice President of the Southern Nevada Estate Planning Council. He also has served as the ABA Young Lawyers Division's Vice Chair to the Committee on Real Property, Probate and Trust Law.
Neil received his Juris Doctor degree from Cornell Law School. While in law school, he served as the Managing Editor of the Cornell Law Review. For his undergraduate studies, Neil attended Northwestern University, where he graduated summa cum laude and as a member of Phi Beta Kappa. Most recently, he received an LL.M. degree in Estate Planning from the University of Miami School of Law.
