Jason C. Walker currently holds the position of a Wealth Planning Strategist at The Private Bank at Wells Fargo. In that role Jason advises wealthy bank clients about estate planning matters including asset protection, wealth preservation, and charitable giving techniques. Prior to joining Wells Fargo, Jason practiced law for ten years with a boutique estate planning law firm in Las Vegas and Henderson, Nevada. He graduated from Weber State University in 2003 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Professional Accountancy (Magna Cum Laude). In 2006, Jason earned his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) with honors from the University of Wyoming. Jason has been published in the Wyoming Law Review and received the American Bankruptcy Institute’s Medal of Excellence for the Wyoming College of Law in 2006. After earning his J.D., Jason attended the University of Florida, Levin College of Law, where he earned a Master of Law in Taxation (LLM) in 2007.
Prior to attending law school and while attending Weber State University, Jason successfully started and operated his own business. He also worked for a small accounting firm in Salt Lake City assisting during the busy tax return season. Jason has been involved in the Boy Scouts of America as a youth leader and is an Eagle Scout.
